2) Has your church property been deeded to a family member? If yes,  is it protected from confiscation by a Jurisdictional Bishop and/or COGIC, Inc?

3) Has the constitution of the COGIC ever been ratified?

4) Are you willing to sign over your property to the COGIC, Inc.

5) Is it ethical for a Jurisdictional Bishop or the Presiding Bishop to take property they never invested in?

6) If your church is incorporated are you a member of the Church Of God In Christ or an affiliate?

7) Does a Bishop preaching your installation service legally bind you to the COGIC?

8) If your church is incorporated are you as a corporation legally bound to pay the yearly assessment imposed on you by the COGIC, Inc. headquartered in Memphis, TN

9) If you are a member of the Church Of God In Christ what benefits does membership provide for you?

10) What legal right does a Jurisdictional Bishop or Presiding Bishop have to impose yearly fees on you if you are incorporated?

11) Is your ministry really a member of the COGIC, Inc headquartered in Memphis, TN?  If the answer is “Yes” what is your proof?
